What is Social Emotional Learning (SEL)?
Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the how adults and children learn to:
- Understand and manage emotions
- Set and achieve positive goals
- Feel and show empathy for others
- Establish and maintain positive relationships
- Make responsible decisions
