Parent University ‘Strengthening Families’ Spanish Series

In this workshop, families will get help with navigating the early teen years successfully. All families can use some help improving relationships. This series helps parents and teens with: 

• Communications Skills
• Stress Management
• Finding Ways to Connect

Family coaches and families meet once a week for 11 weeks. Workshops include instruction and activities (materials provided), followed by break-out sessions for parents and separate sessions for youth. Everyone comes back together for the last half of each meeting for fun family activities.
