Adding a comment to an individual student:
- Log into Infinite Campus
- Use the Search Tab to Search a Student Name
- Go to Student Information>General>Report Comments
- Click on the Transcript link
- Scroll down to choose the check-box for the appropriate comment
- Click Save at the top of the page
Adding a comment to a Group of students:
- Go to Ad Hoc Reporting>Selection Editor on Student Data>Click Create
- Create a list of the Students who need the transcript comment
- Save that list with a descriptive name. (i.e. Seal of Biliteracy 15/16)
- Go to the Index and follow this path System Administration>Student>Report Comments Batch
- Please read the instructions at the top of the page. Notice the red warning.
- Select your Report Comment
- Choose your calendar
- Choose your saved Ad Hoc Filter (i.e. Seal of Biliteracy 15/16)
- Choose Transcript Type
- Choose Append
- Choose Grade Level(s) as appropriate to your filter
- Click Run (please read the warning under the Run button)
