In order to view your students’ Google account logins, follow these steps:
Teachers must change the IC application from Instruction to Campus Tools. Other site staff will already be in Campus Tools and can skip to step 5.
1. Make sure you are logged into Campus Instruction, the platform you use for your grade book and attendance.
2. Select the App icon in the upper left-hand corner of the IC window.
3. Click on “Tools”.
Clicking on the images will open a larger media file to view.
4. You are now in the “District Edition” which provides more comprehensive student information that you don’t require on a daily basis.
5. In the “Index” tab, make sure you have selected “General” under “Student Information”.
6. Select the “Search” tab.
7. To look up an individual student, type in a portion of the student’s name and click “Go”.
8. Select the appropriate student name.
9. Select the “Login” tab under the student’s information section.
10. Their username and password will show up. Please remember that the username must be used with @nusdk12.org when logging into Google.
11. To view all of the students in your class, select your course section in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen and do a blank student search by leaving the search field blank and clicking on “Go”.
12. A list of students in your section will appear. Select a student name and click on the “Login” tab.
13. To leave Campus Tools and return to Instruction, click on the app switcher (“waffle” icon) in the upper right-hand corner and select Instruction.
Please note: Student login credentials are considered sensitive information, so they are not provided in a printable form.
