How to Share Documents for Open Session Board Meeting Presentations

All Board Presentations must be shared by 4:00 p.m. the day of the Board Meeting.

1. Open Google Drive

2. Create your presentation in Google Drive or import existing presentation

To create a new file:  Click NEW and select the type of document you want to create from the list.

To import an existing file from your computer: Click NEW > File Upload and select the document to import.

3. Share file with the account [email protected] with VIEW ONLY rights.
