IC – Blended Learning Groups

As our schools reopen for in-person instruction, students need to be placed into a blended learning group in Infinite Campus to keep track of whether a student coming to campus for in-person instruction or is continuing in a distance-learning-only group.

As of 2/23/2021, the district is using the blended learning groups listed below:

To see which blended learning group a student belongs to, first search for a student.  There will be a flag for one of the blended learning groups above in the student header (see example below).  This information can also be seen on students’ Attendance tab:

A student can only be in one blended learning group at a time.  However, if a student needs to be moved from one group to another, click on the “Update Group Assignment” button on the student’s Attendance tab, select a new group, and select the start date for that new group.   The “Update Group Assignment” button would also be used to add a new blended learning group to any new students who enroll:
