1. Send accommodation request letter to parents of 10th grade students with IEP’s (Include “Consent Form for Accommodations Request”) | RD |
2. Parents fill out paperwork and return to school site by stated deadline. Their options include: do nothing (child tests as normal), or sign accommodations request form | Parent |
3. School department chairs review requests with Site Coordinators. Gather all records related to the student’s disability and requested accommodations (e.g., IEP/504/Formal Plan, history of receiving accommodations, psychoeducational evaluation). |

4. Create a SSD Online account through College Board and fill out request for accommodations.
