Online Registration – How to Search For an Application
STEP 1:
To get to online registration:
Index>Census>Oline Registration>Staff Processing
STEP 2:
Search for the application that you would like to link. To find the application you have several options:
The easiest way to find the OLR is with the application/confirmation number and enter it to the Application Number field.
If the family is unable to provide the application/confirmation number:
- Search name – only enter either first or last name in your search field (you can search a student or parent name but it is recommended to start with the parent name)
- Search the configuration group you want to or select the blank option in the application end year field
- Select all schools in the school section
- Check the unsubmitted applications box (Maybe the family didn’t complete the application and click submit?)
- Check the Exclude posted applications (in case someone else processed the app – student at multiple schools)
TIP: In the name field – If possible start the search with the most unique name.
