College 101

Week of Mar 11 to Mar 15

Hello Panther families,

We have started our new unit, College 101. Students will become a representative for a college of their choice. They will research that college and present the research to their classmates in an effort to have students choose to enroll in their represented college. Skills practiced throughout this unit will include: proper internet searches, brainstorming & ranking, note-taking, market research, establishig a target audience, persuasive writing & speaking, large & small group communication.

Additionally, all make-up assignments for 3rd quarter will be DUE by 3PM on Monday, March 11. Students were informed of this date over a week ago. Students with missing assignments have been addressed individually and offered in class time and during lunch to finish and submit assignments.
