About Us

Welcome to Natomas Park Elementary, home of the Coyotes

Natomas Park Elementary first opened its doors to welcome students in 2000 and serves students in grades PK through 5th grade. Our school serves approximately 740 students with classroom averages of 26 to 28 students in grades PK through 3rd and 28 to 30 students in 4th through 5th. Our Kindergarten and TK classes are both full day and each have an Instructional Aide assigned for more than three hours for additional instructional support. Our calendar follows a traditional schedule with breaks for Thanksgiving, the winter holidays, and spring break.

Natomas Park Elementary is a school with a rich community culture that supports ongoing learning and active involvement for all of its members! Students, teachers, support staff and parents all provide valuable contributions to the academic success of our students and school. We are a professional learning community that believes every child can and will learn and we take pride in celebrating our success regularly.

If you are searching for a school for your family, please come visit us! The experienced staff of Natomas Park work very closely together to ensure the growth and learning of each student. Our school is also a fun place to learn, where both innovations and traditions are valued. If you have been to the Coyote Carnival in the fall, then are you aware that students and parents work closely together to support our school programs and students! We look forward to getting to know your child and family.
