Team Puma is excited to offer a variety of fun and developmentally engaging Summer Bridge programs for our scholars this summer. Below we have outlined the details of each offering. This is a FREE opportunity on the PVS campus taught by PVS Teachers and Staff to support our scholars and families.

We are excited about our 8th grade promotion ceremony being held at Inderkum High School’s David Tooker Field on Thursday, June 10th at 9 a.m. Click the link above to view the program.
We are so thrilled to have our students back on campus 5 days a week for in-person instruction, and we’re glad that we are able to continue offering the distance learning option to families for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year which ends June 10. Beyond that, there is no indication from the state that distance learning will continue to be allowed in response to the COVID pandemic. All indications at this time show that schools will be back to in-person instruction solely in the fall.
In reaching an agreement with the Natomas Teachers’ Association, NUSD restores 5 day a week in-person instruction, maintains family choice, maintains safety measures as about 50% of our students return 5 days a week on Monday, April 12.
Heather Gohn will be the next principal of Paso Verde School. She was selected recently to replace founding principal Tonja Jarrell, who has accepted another position at the Natomas Unified School District Education Center.
As we expected and shared with you on Sunday evening, Sacramento County is now in the red tier, a less restrictive tier that allows secondary students (6-12) to return to in-person instruction.
