We wanted to make you aware of some disturbing and threatening voicemails that were sent to schools throughout Sacramento County that specifically targeted African American students. We have confirmed that some of those voice mail messages – from an unidentified caller – were sent to some Natomas Unified Schools. Although the Sacramento Police Department has deemed the threat within these voicemails not credible, we wanted to make sure that our families were informed and that the safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. We are in contact with the Sacramento Police Department and wanted to share the latest update that they have provided. The screenshot is below.
